We are a small shop, and there is a person at the other end of every message.

We usually reply within two working days. If you have not heard from us in three, something has gone wrong — send the message again, because it is more likely that we never received it than that we ignored it.

Looking for a book we do not list?

We can often order titles that are not on the site. Send us the title, the author, and the ISBN if you have it, and we will tell you what it would cost and how long it would take. There is no obligation.

About an order you have already placed

Quote your order reference. It looks like ORD-2026-XXXXXXXX and it is at the top of your confirmation email. That lets us find the order straight away instead of asking you for your details again.

If you cannot find the reference, tell us the name and email address you ordered under and roughly when, and we will find it.

Something wrong with an order

Tell us what arrived and what you expected. If a book is damaged, is not the one you ordered, or is not of acceptable quality, we put it right at our cost — see returns and cancellations.
